Seriously, guys, can’t we “be evolved” on the subject?!

June 30th seems to be a pretty popular date for theories and speculation, as some years later – on June 30th, 1905 – Albert Einstein presented his paper on special relativity. This revolutionary concept that discussed space and time would eventually see publication by 1916 – and it’s safe to say that much we know about the planet and our universe is rooted in this body of work!

A giant fireball fell from the sky!

In 1908, a colossal fireball believed to have been caused by a burst of air from a large comet fell to Earth. It leveled around 80 million trees close to the Stony Tunguska River in Russia, in the process! It remains the biggest impact of its kind ever recorded.
